Added a Race-Day Plan to the Race Nutrition Calculator (Race Tools → Nutrition Calculator) — a bike/run pacing guide showing exactly when to drink, eat gels, and dissolve electrolyte tabs, tied to IRONMAN's official on-course PH 1000 hydration. Includes sodium-concentration safety checks (flags bottles that are too dilute or too concentrated, sized to your actual bottle count/size and sweat rate) and field tooltips explaining each input.

Claimed athlete profiles now show a live, DOB-derived current IRONMAN age category (based on the year you turn that age, per IRONMAN rules) instead of the age group from their last race — so athletes who have aged into a new bracket since racing now show correctly. Unclaimed profiles still show their last-known race age group.

Added career distance raced (swim/bike/run/total km) to athlete profiles — calculated from nominal Full and 70.3 leg distances multiplied by career finish counts.

Added a Race Calendar (Races → Calendar) listing upcoming South African triathlon races — TinMan Series, Ultra Triathlon Series and independent races — with dates, distances and entry fees.

User logged error: missing 2008 IRONMAN Austria result in race history.

Fix: Race and result uploaded. Swim/T1 split left unrecorded due to a timing chip error at that event, so it is excluded from swim records.

User logged error: missing 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 Buffalo City (East London) and 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 Durban results in race history.

Fix: Both race databases uploaded.
